Most current lens covers are single-layer pieces of film mounted using 2 strips of double-sided tape. SpeedStack7™ tear offs come prelaminated, optically indexed providing 7 individual layers vs just 1 layer and they use a full perimeter adhesive system offering protection against liquid and debris from getting behind the tear off.

Yes. Every layer of SpeedStack7™ is optically indexed and distortion-free, maintaining crystal-clear visibility through all 7 layers. With 85% visible light transmission through all 7 layers combined, you'll experience the same high-quality vision on layer 7 as you did on layer 1.

Preparation:

1. Clean your lens thoroughly with mild soap and water

2. Dry completely with a lint-free cloth

3. Ensure the surface is free from dust, oil, and fingerprints

Application:

1. Remove one 7-layer stack from packaging

2. Align the protector with your lens edges

3. Press one edge to the lens and smooth across using a squeegee motion

4. Work from center outward to eliminate air bubbles

5. Apply firm, even pressure across the entire surface

1. Locate the tear-off tab at the edge of the top layer

2. Grip the tab firmly with your thumb and index finger

3. Pull quickly and smoothly in one continuous motion

4. The soiled layer peels off completely, revealing a fresh layer underneath

For harsh chemical environments, we recommend more frequent layer changes to maintain optimal protection.
